Oxide Eyewear takes immense pride in the quality of our products, but we understand that sometimes things don't go as planned.

In the unlikely event that your goods arrived damaged or faulty, please contact our customer service team on info@oxideeyewear.com.au

Please note that Oxide need to be notified within 5 business days of faulty goods being received.

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the product is returned in undamaged condition, with all original packaging intact.
If the item is found to be in poor condition, with scratches, damage, or signs of wear and tear, the warranty will be void.

Package your Oxide sunglasses securely in a cardboard box or bubble wrap. Put your name, return address, mobile number, email address, and a copy of your receipt in the package.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service when returning your item, as we cannot guarantee the safe arrival of your package or be responsible for any lost items. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, as shipping fees are non-refundable.
