Processing Times

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days. Please note that during peak periods, processing may take up to 3 business days.

Shipping Costs

  • Standard Shipping:

    • Orders totaling $0.00–$59.99: $10.00

    • Orders $60.00 and above: Free

  • Express Shipping: $15.00

Shipping Methods and Carriers

All sunglasses are shipped directly from our warehouse in Kilsyth, Victoria. We use Australia Post as our shipping partner and all shipments require a signature on delivery.

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days, depending on the destination.

  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-4 business days.

Please be aware that delivery times may be affected by factors such as holidays, weather conditions, or remote locations.

International Shipping

Currently, we only ship to addresses within Australia. We do not ship internationally.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. You can use this information to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Orders
