Oxide Eyewear offers a 12-month warranty against defects in workmanship and materials, excluding accidental damage and broken or scratched lenses. This warranty is valid only if the sunglasses have been cared for according to Oxide Eyewear's instructions and does not cover normal wear and tear, or any alterations, which will void the warranty. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. The manufacturer has the discretion to repair or replace the eyewear, and all products comply with the Australian Standard AS/NZS 1067.1-2016.
