This warranty is valid only if the sunglasses have been cared for according to Oxide Eyewear's instructions and does not cover normal wear and tear, or any alterations, which will void the warranty. Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a replacement or refund for major failures, and compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
